Job description:

Key job responsibilities:

Machine operation and troubleshooting as part of the project team.
Achieving production target.
replacement of wear and tear parts, their alignments and settings to regain machine efficiency.
Preparation of daily production reports.

Key skills required:
● Understanding of basic tools such as spanners, Allen keys, pliers etc.
● Usage of basic Industrial equipment such as drilling machines, grinding machines.
● Basic understanding of machine components such as shafts, bearings, couplings, motors, gearboxes, pneumatics, switchgear items etc, their working and troubleshooting.
● Hands on approach with good analytical and problem-solving abilities .
● Physical fitness and ability to work long hours in harsh industrial environments.

Compensation Package:
CTC Range: 1,50,000 to 2,00,000 PA
Additional incentives if performance is beyond expectations.
All work-related travel will be compensated at actuals by the company.

Accommodation on shared basis will be provided.
3 meals a day made by a dedicated cook in the apartment.
Local conveyance between accommodation and work location.
To and from travel from hyderabad to Delhi by train twice a year.

Key job responsibilities:

Fit up of components as per drawing under the guidance of the fabrication engineer.
Assembly of machine components as per drawing under the guidance of the assembly supervisor.
Key skills required:
● Ability to read, understand and plan as per the given mechanical assembly and component drawings.
● Experience in CNC machine tool manufacturing industry, precision packaging machinery or any other
precision manufacturing ops related to jigs, fixtures, and tools.
● Usage of drill machines and tapping sets to drill and tap holes as per drawings.
● Usage of cutting and hand grinding machines.
● Basics of Tack welding using Arc welding equipment.
● Measurement techniques and usage of common industrial measuring equipment such as measuring
tapes, Vernier calliper, micrometre, levelling scales etc.
● Physical fitness and ability to work long hours in harsh industrial environments.

CTC Range: 2,00,000 to 4,00,000 PA

Graduation	ITI – Mechanical / Electrical Diploma – Mechanical / Electrical
Work experience	3 to 7 years as Machine Operator / Maintenance technicians, preferably in packaging machinery.
Job location	Delhi

Key job responsibilities

1. Installation of new machinery as part of the Installation team.

2. Testing & Troubleshooting of new machinery to ensure production and quality targets are met.

3. Operation & Maintenance of machinery during commissioning.

4. Preparation of machine performance reports during commissioning.

5. Training and Handing over of machinery to Client Team aGer completion of commissioning.

Key skills required:

● Knowledge of machine elements such as Pneumatic cylinders, solenoid valves, electrical motors, bearings, heaters, sealers, conveyors etc

● Hands on approach with good analytical and problem-solving abilities

Physical ﬁtness and ability to work long hours in harsh industrial environments

Optional Knowledge:

● Knowledge of advanced machine elements such as HMI, PLC, Relays, contactors, switchgear items etc.

● Knowledge of specialized machine elements such as Forming collars, web tracking equipment, sealers etc speciﬁcally used in form ﬁll and seal machinery.

Vacancy: 10

Graduation: Graduation ITI / Diploma in Mechanical

Work experience: 3 to 7 years related experience in running servo based high precision/speed machinery

Job location: Hyderabad

Customer’s site within India (when required)

Key job responsibilities:

1. Machine operation and troubleshooting as part of the project team.

2. Achieving production target.

3. Ability subordinates.

4. replacement of wear and tear parts, their alignments and settings to regain machine efficiency.

5. Preparation of daily production reports.

Key skills required:

● Competency in HMI operation, with servos and other Mechatronics like sensors, pneumatics and switchgear.

● Capability to troubleshoot the machine after training of 1 month.

● Usage of basic Industrial equipment such as drilling machines, grinding machines.

● Basic understanding of machine components such as shafts, bearings, couplings, motors, gearboxes,

pneumatics, switchgear items etc, their working and troubleshooting.

● Hands on approach with good analytical and problem-solving abilities .
