After You Make Online Payment — What Happens Next?
Post completing any payment — UPI, bank transfer, or card — take a screenshot of the payment confirmation and send it to +91 98441 29439 on WhatsApp. Include your name and what the payment is for (job number / course name).

Yes, completely. All online card and net banking payments are processed through PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways (Razorpay / CCAvenue). Trinity NDT does not store your card details at any point.
UPI payments go directly to our verified business UPI ID, and bank transfers go to our registered business current account.
NDT testing: Job Number or Invoice Number.
Training: full name+course.
Renewal: Name and method.
For UPI, add this in the payment remarks. For bank transfers, mention it in the UTR / transaction remarks field.
A GST-compliant tax invoice will be issued in your company’s name (or individual name) within 24 hours of payment confirmation.
The invoice is sent to your registered email and WhatsApp number. If you need a specific format for your accounts team, let us know when you send the payment screenshot.
First, check if the amount was actually deducted from your account.
- If deducted: Send the payment screenshot to WhatsApp +91 98441 29439 with your name and purpose. We will confirm within 2 working hours (next working day for weekend/holiday payments).
