The exact amount will be in your invoice (for NDT testing services) or the fee details communicated by our Training Coordinator (for training courses). If you are unsure, WhatsApp us at +91 98441 29439 with your name and job/course details and we will confirm the amount within the same business day. Do not guess the amount — pay only after confirming.

Yes, completely. All online card and net banking payments are processed through a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway (Razorpay/CCAvenue). Trinity NDT does not store your card details at any point. UPI payments go directly to our verified business UPI ID. Bank transfers go directly to our business current account with a registered Indian bank.

For NDT testing service payments: include your Job Number or Invoice Number. For training course payments: include your full name and the course name. For certificate renewal payments: include your name and the NDT method being renewed. If you are using UPI, add this information in the payment remarks field. For bank transfers, include it in the UTR/transaction remarks field.

A GST-compliant tax invoice in your company’s name (or individual name if self-paying) is issued within 24 hours of payment confirmation. It is sent to your registered email address and WhatsApp number. If you need the invoice in a specific format for your company’s accounts department, inform us when you send the payment screenshot.

First, check that your payment was actually deducted from your account. If it was: send the payment screenshot to WhatsApp +91 98441 29439 with your name and payment purpose. Our team will confirm within 2 hours during working hours. If you paid on a weekend or holiday,  confirmation will come on the next working day. If payment was NOT deducted — the transaction may have failed. Try again or contact us for assistance.

We prefer digital payments (UPI, bank transfer, or online gateway) for faster processing and immediate confirmation. Cheques are accepted but the service or seat confirmation is issued only after the cheque is realised (typically 2–3 business days). Cheques should be made payable to “Trinity NDT WeldSolutions Pvt. Ltd.” and delivered to our Peenya, Bangalore office. For outstation clients, NEFT/RTGS is strongly recommended over cheque.
