Terms and Conditions for Online Payments

Acceptance of Terms: By registering online and proceeding with fee payment through Trinity NDT WeldSolution Private Limited’s website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

  1.  Course Registration: Registration for NDT (Non-Destructive Testing), welding and other courses offered by Trinity NDT WeldSolutions Private Limited (TNWPL), is available online through our website. Registrants must provide accurate and complete information during the registration process.
  2. Payment: The course fee must be paid in full at the time of registration. Trinity NDT accepts online payments via credit card, debit card, UPI or other authorized payment methods as indicated on our website. All fees are non-refundable and non-transferable unless otherwise stated in writing by Trinity NDT.
  3. Confirmation: Upon successful completion of the online registration and payment process, registrants will receive a confirmation email containing relevant course details, including date, time, location (if applicable), and any other pertinent information.
  4. Refund & Cancellation Policy: TNWPL reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any course due to unforeseen circumstances, including insufficient enrollment or instructor unavailability. In such cases, registrants will be notified promptly, and alternative arrangements or only in such cases, full refund will be offered. TNWPL will not be responsible for any loss incurred by Client/ Participant. Amount once paid through the payment gateway shall not be refunded other than in the following circumstances:
    a. Multiple times debiting of Payer’s Card/Bank Account due to technical error OR Payer’s account being debited with excess amount in a single transaction due to technical error. In such cases, excess amount excluding Payment Gateway charges would be refunded to the Payer.
    b. Payment being charged on the Payer’s Card/Bank Account but not processed successfully due to technical error, then payer will get back the refund automatically to the original payment method within 7 working days.
    c. If the standard time frame as mentioned in the above has expired and the Payer has still not received the refund, please contact your credit/debit card issuer or your bank for more information.
    d. Other than the technical reasons due to payment gateway, no registration fees shall be processed for refund. Notification e-mail: After you complete on-line registration, a reply e-mail will be sent to the registered e-mail address automatically. If you do not receive any e-mail message within 24 hours, please contact at training@trinityndt.com
  5. Participant Substitution: If a registered participant is unable to attend the course, they may request a substitution by providing written notice to Trinity NDT at least one week before the scheduled course start date. Substitutions are subject to approval by TNWPL and may incur additional administrative fees.
  6. Intellectual Property: All course materials, including but not limited to presentations, handouts, and online resources, are the intellectual property of Trinity NDT and may not be reproduced, distributed, or shared without prior written consent.
  7. Attendance and Participation: Registrants are required to attend all scheduled sessions of the course for which they have registered. Attendance for each session is mandatory. Participation in class activities, discussions, and assessments is encouraged to maximize the learning experience.
  8. Conduct: Trinity NDT is committed to providing a safe and inclusive learning environment for all participants. Any disruptive behavior or violation of our code of conduct will not be tolerated and may result in immediate expulsion from the course without refund.
  9. Privacy Policy: Trinity NDT respects the privacy of our customers and will only use personal information collected during the registration process for the purpose of administering the course and communicating with participants. Personal data will not be shared with third parties without consent, except as required by law.
  10. Disclaimer: While Trinity NDT strives to provide accurate and up-to-date information, we make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, about the completeness, accuracy, reliability, suitability, or availability of the course content or related materials. Participation in our courses is at the participant’s own risk.
  11. Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Trinity NDT operates, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
  12. Modification of Terms: Trinity NDT reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. It is the responsibility of the registrant to review these terms periodically for updates.

Despite our best efforts, we cannot guarantee the absolute security of information transmitted over the internet.
  2. Transaction Risks: Online payment transactions involve the transmission of sensitive financial data over the internet. While Trinity NDT utilizes secure payment gateways and encryption technologies to safeguard transactions, there is a risk of technical glitches, errors, or disruptions that could result in failed or incomplete payments.
  3. Third-Party Risks: Trinity NDT may utilize third-party service providers, including payment processors and online registration platforms, to facilitate the registration and payment process. While we carefully vet our service providers, we cannot control or mitigate all risks associated with their operations, including service outages, system failures, or breaches of contractual obligations.
  4. Fraudulent Activities: Despite our efforts to prevent fraudulent activities, there is a risk of unauthorized individuals or entities attempting to deceive registrants or Trinity NDT through phishing scams, identity theft, or other fraudulent schemes. Registrants should exercise caution and verify the authenticity of communication and payment requests.
  5. Technical Issues: The online registration and payment process may be affected by technical issues such as internet connectivity problems, device compatibility issues, or software glitches. While Trinity NDT strives to maintain a seamless user experience, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to our website or online services.
  6. Cancellation and Refund Risks: Trinity NDT’s cancellation and refund policies are designed to provide flexibility and fairness to registrants. However, there are inherent risks associated with cancellations, rescheduling, or refund processing, including administrative delays, disputes, or discrepancies in refund amounts.
  7. Legal and Regulatory Risks: Trinity NDT operates in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards governing online transactions and training services. However, there is a risk of changes in regulatory requirements, legal disputes, or enforcement actions that could impact our operations and obligations to registrants.
  8. Communication Risks: While Trinity NDT endeavors to provide timely and accurate communication regarding course details, updates, and changes, there is a risk of miscommunication, misunderstandings, or delays in transmission. Registrants are encouraged to regularly check their email and the Trinity NDT website for important announcements and updates.
  9. Force Majeure Events: Trinity NDT may be unable to fulfill its obligations under certain circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, acts of terrorism, pandemics, or government-imposed restrictions. In such cases, Trinity NDT reserves the right to cancel, reschedule, or modify courses without liability for any resulting inconvenience or loss.
  10. Limitation of Liability: Registrants acknowledge and agree that Trinity NDT shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to the online registration and fee payment process, including but not limited to financial losses, data breaches, or disruptions in training services. 
  11. By proceeding with the online registration and fee payment process, registrants acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with online transactions and agree to hold Trinity NDT WeldSolutions Private Limited, harmless against any claims, damages, or liabilities arising therefrom.
