| Job Description | Sound knowledge of NDT in Forgings / Castings / Welding Perform NDT in Forgings / Castings by candidate himself Knowledge of non-destructive welding examination Techniques. Ability to identify typical welding defects. Knowledge of metals, mechanical components and welding methods. Good interpersonal and communication skills with Read & Write Communication in English is Mandatory. Ability to read, comprehend and verify engineering drawings, technical specifications, QAP, MQP Perform dimensional, visual and mechanical inspections using standard documentation and procedures. Must be able to prepare reports Knowledge about painting process will be added advantage . Participate and adapt successfully in a team oriented environment. Committed to continual learning and punctuality. Knowledge on types of instruments and their proper usage based on inspection requirements. Should be able to work closely with fellow employees. |

| Other Requirements | Candidate should be Male Candidate will be posted in Hosur Factory Basic working knowledge of SAP , computer operation, Windows, and Microsoft Office. Basic knowledge of QMS / ISO 9001-2015 Conversant with Basic Quality tools like 8D report, Fish Bone diagram, Pareto analysis etc., Good Communication skills. Good Interpersonal Relationship. Initiative. Organized. |
